Ozella never had children but had many dogs. She & Uncle Nelson had a kennel in the backyard of their home. Her favorite dog was Simon, called Si.

Pouring Rains
We were supposed to go to the river to celebrate Family & Friends Day with Sis's dragonboat team, Hope Afloat, a group of breast cancer survivors. But our plans were drowned by the sheets of pouring rain.

Empty Pool
What a *beautiful* day! I went to the Clubhouse @ 1:30 because I knew the pool didn't open until 5. Such beauty, such quiet, no radio playing, no one walking around!
Sitting on the pool deck reading "What Bassam Sees" in the City Paper: Bassam Sebti lived through the first three years of the war as an Iraqi in Baghdad. He's watched the last two from Philadelphia.

Family Produce
