When Mom's birthday balloons began to deflate, she took them out on the balcony and released them out into the air.(She's not green.) Two days later, she looked out of the kitchen window and saw balloons tied to a neighbor's railing. She thinks these are her balloons.I told her to check the shape of the silver one, but she wants them to be hers so she won't.
