A day to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride that has degenerated for many into another day to go out, get drunk and act stupid. That's why we weren't on the roads on Saturday when many celebrated and won't be out tonight.
I show you this drawing on my bedroom wall of myself, Sis & her friend Kate. We were @ an outdoor café in the Zona Rosa in Mexico City (1973) and an artist drew this cartoon of us. Ah, Mexico!
