They have been planting lots of new flower
beds around the property so I took pictures
of some of them on my way to the gym to
work out with Sue.
The doctor had called before I got up. She
says my thyrois is acting up and that I also
need to work harder to lower my cholesterol.
I hear and i will obey. I'll go to the farmers'
market in town tomorrow and get wheat
pasta and other wheat things.
