April 1 marks the birth of Mother Hale in 1905. She was an African-American activist for civil and children’s rights and the founder of Hale House. President Reagan recognized Hale as an American Hero in 1985. Read about Mother's Hale's work.

Rehab is in Sudan, Deion in Mississippi. I have a picture of Felix from Malawi but have misplaced it. You'll see him another time. Of course I'm sending pictures of snow scenes to the children in Africa.
