March 5 This is the date of the Boston Massacre in 1770. That evening, Crispus Attucks, a black man, was the first person to die for America’s independence.A monument to Crispus Attucks and the Boston Massacre was dedicated in 1888.
Out walking and doing errands. Woman asked me why I was wearing an Obama hat now that the election is over and he has won. I told her I didn't understand the question and could she explain; but she couldn't.
