Went to water therapy this morning. I've been
certified through September. That should allow me to
build up stamina.
My sister from Baltimore is here until Sunday.
Tomorrow I'll go to town and stay at Park Hyatt at the
Bellvue until Sunday noon.
Organizing for packing. Counted out my vitamins,
allergy pills, blood pressure med, teeny-tiny aspirin
and put them in small plastic bags. Washed blouses.
Decided which slacks to wear.
Now I'll sit and listen to my sister talk and talk and talk.
