Unpacking the rest of the bags from shopping
yesterday. I put away the things for the fridge and
freezer yesterday.
Sis from Baltimore called and said she'd be up
Thursday-Sunday. Got on the computer immediately and
booked a room at a downtown. Got the 50% off rate for
seniors. Delicious.
At night watching Acts I&II of Spike's "When the
Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts" on HBO. So very
disturbing even 12 months later. Our government has so
much to be ashamed of then and now in their response
to this disaster.
