I wanted to comment to you about this photo for a personal reason. My mother died this year right after a complicated surgery and it has been hard. That isn't the reason I'm writing this...
She took up computer classes at the local senior center after refusing for so long to give it a go. Seven years later, she was continuing to take the same class on how to make greeting cards, not because she still didn't know how, but because of the friends she made there, her favourite instructor, and it gave her some social interaction. She eventually made a blog for her trip to Paris which she was really proud of.
I just wanted to say thank you to people like you who probably do not realise how their actions touch others. When I had to empty her house, there sat her computer room, all of her certificates of completion, and much more to decide what to do with. It was probably the hardest room for me to go through as I knew how much that time "learning" meant to her.

P.S. She was quite a strutter herself!

While I was away from the library, the students came in and helped one another as I had requested. So wonderful!
